Bluebird,  quintessentially British at its core, delivers this and much more with our new White City Café . The menu, created by Executive Chef Simon Gregory, should appeal to all with it’s colourful, light nature yet with big, bold flavours. Whilst remaining true to its roots, the menu consists of quality British classics such as Shepherd’s Pie & our Bluebird burger but also, include new features such as Nduja crusted Yellowfin Tuna, Sweetcorn & Green chilli fritters, Red pepper relish & Avocado.

The Café’s opening hours are from early morning through to late evening and therefore the menu will cater to this with an enticing breakfast menu, brunch on weekends and all-day dining menu, whist the bar adds a more sophisticated feel for the evenings.

The location lends itself perfectly to encourage alfresco dining with a beautiful terrace overlooking the central piazza. Simon’s menu is centred around using seasonal produce and will therefore adapt throughout the year. Guests can expect additions such as a BBQ on the terrace throughout the Summertime.
