Over at our big sister in Chelsea – there’s news in town. We have a new chef, bidding a very warm welcome to Bluebird’s Executive Chef Harvey Ayliffe who joins them from 34, Mayfair.
Harvey brings with him a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry in the UK and abroad, with more than 20 years working at top London restaurants including Bentleys, Le Caprice, J Sheekey and Soho House Group.
Harvey notes; “I am really excited about my next adventure at Bluebird and to be working with D&D London. I am excited to take the menu to a new level with sustainable and organic produce. I am planning some great things for the future at Bluebird, watch this space!”
We look forward to working together with him as he will support our Head Chef Rob Grist in the kitchen here at Bluebird White City.

Well guess what, whether it’s Sam the French bulldog’s third birthday, your Mum’s finally finished that masseuse course she’s been harping on about for months – party, or the Swiss partners – the ones with the untouchable hair and blinding white teeth -are over for the bi-annual review – we have the perfect venue to suit your weird and wonderful occasions.
You can hire our entire restaurant, for drinks receptions & small bites or get the biggger gang together and enjoy a sit-down dinner or lunch sampling our delicious vibrant European style menu. Our indoor space can accomodate 100 guests seated lunch or dinner or 200 guests standing reception.
We also have a lovely outdoor terrace, which can accomodate 30 guests – perfect for smaller gatherings on long summer’s evenings, looking onto the iconic Television Centre, because we thought we would throw in some of that added glam feel for good measure. Service only equalled to celeb standard of course.
A beautifully 60s – designed and cosy open space, the café boasts colourful and whimsical design that takes you back to the original Bluebird in Chelsea. If you were looking for a smaller affair, you can also exclusively hire our Bar area for 30 guests standing reception or Cafe for 40 guests seated lunch or dinner.
