For one night only, The Change Group, in partnership with Hospitality Action, brings you 12 of London’s finest restaurants as they compete against each other to answer the ultimate question of which is better – Meat, Fish or Veg?
Representing Bluebird will be our Executive Chef Simon Gregory for team MEAT, competing against other meathead institutions , Hawksmoor, The Frog Hoxton and Galvin at Windows. Simon has taken Bluebird Chelsea by storm after he adapted the restaurants a la carte menu to sway more towards its British heritage while at White City he has managed to create the buzz and charm of the cafe at the original Bluebird through the all-day drinking and dining menu.

The Dish? Cold Roasted Suffolk pork belly, apple, grilled fennel and Cumberland dressing.
