Over at our big sister in Chelsea – there’s news in town. We have a new chef, bidding a very warm welcome to Bluebird’s Executive Chef Harvey Ayliffe who joins them from 34, Mayfair.

Harvey brings with him a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry in the UK and abroad, with more than 20 years working at top London restaurants including Bentleys, Le Caprice, J Sheekey and Soho House Group.

Harvey notes; “I am really excited about my next adventure at Bluebird and to be working with D&D London. I am excited to take the menu to a new level with sustainable and organic produce. I am planning some great things for the future at Bluebird, watch this space!”

We look forward to working together with him as he will support our Head Chef Rob Grist in the kitchen here at Bluebird White City.
