The Independent Online has counted Bluebird White City’s Halloween cocktail in the “8 Best Halloween Cocktails” in the UK this season that you’d be “dead silly to miss out”.
They comment that Bluebird Whit City is “resurrecting some seriously spooky sips” to make The Piano (it marries Olmeca Tequila, celery, balsamic vinegar, beetroot shrub, grapes and lemon juice) & the Widow Blood (bitter blend of Monkey 47, homemade pomegranate reduction and touch of fernet branc) – not considered the typical tipple for the faint hearted!
