Located in Cornwall, award-winning supplier takes the best sustainable seafood from British waters, right from St. Austell Bay in Cornwall to the Isle of Gigha, off the coast of Kintyre in Scotland.

This spectacular fish and shellfish is brought straight from the boats to all three Chop Houses, and is the key to our new Coast to Coast menu, created by Michelin-Starred Executive Chef Gary Foulkes at Angler.
